1. Binding Agreement

By registering an account and accessing Softty applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please stop using the service immediately.

2. Personal Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login information (Passwords, verification codes) safe. Sharing your account with others violates our policy. Our automated security system may temporarily suspend accounts with unusual login activity to protect your data.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

Softty strictly prohibits:

• Using automated software or malicious programs to interfere with the services.
• Impersonating Softty staff, falsifying product information, or taking advantage of payment system errors.
• Abusing promotional programs, referrals, or refund policies.

4. Intellectual Property

All designs, source code, and brands on the Softty system are copyrighted. No one is allowed to copy, forge, or use these materials for unauthorized commercial purposes.

5. Termination & Access Revocation

Softty reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently delete accounts for violating the Terms, causing technical risks to the system, or at the request of law enforcement without prior notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

Softty is committed to providing the best possible service, but cannot guarantee the system will always operate 100% without interruption. We are not legally responsible for data loss or network issues beyond our control.
